⅓ cup dry milk
8 cups flour
½ cup oil
4 cups water
3 packages yeast

Directions:
Put sugar, salt, oil, water and dry milk in bowl. Water is warm, mix in yeast and then start adding flour, 1 cup at a time. Add about 4-5 cups, mixing by hand, knead until dough is smooth and glossy and doesn't stick to your hands. Put small amount of oil in bowl, put dough into bowl, turning once or twice, so top is greased and won't dry out. Cover with cloth, set in warm place to double in size. Knead down about 20 times. Divide dough in 4-5 parts. Let rest about 10 minutes. Roll each part into rectangle and roll up like a jelly-roll. Arrange lengthwise on greased cookie sheet. Brush top with milk. Bake at 375º for about 45 minutes. Bake with a pan of water on lower rack.
