1 Turkey breast, cut into bite size chunks
3 lbs. small whole mushrooms, cooked
2 lbs. linguine, cooked
2 lbs. Swiss cheese, chunked

1 c. butter, melted
1 c. flour
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. whipping cream
salt
1 t. Maggi (next to A1 in grocery store
1 t. garlic salt
tabasco
1 c. parmesan cheese, grate

Directions:
Directions:
Make white sauce by combining butter and flour, stirring for at least a minute. Slowly add chicken broth. When thicken add cream and seasonings. Add parmesan. Put linguini in bottom of large pyrex pan (9x13) or two smaller ones. Cover with 1/3 of the sauce. Dot with turkey, swiss cheese and mushrooms. Pour remaining sauce over everything. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour or 45 minutes if straight from the frige
