1- 1 1/2 cups chopped green onions
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. mayo
8 cups (32 ounces) shredded Monterey jack cheese
4 cans (6 oz. each) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet sauté onions and garlic in butter until tender.

Transfer to a 3 qt. slow cooker.

Add mayo. Stir in cheese. Cover an cook on low for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Stir occasionally.

Stir in crab, cover and cook 1 hour or longer or until heated through.

Serve warm with crackers
