1 lb. shortening
5 cups all purpose flour (2 1/3 cup)
salt
1 egg
milk (almost a cup)
2 tsp. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble flour, salt, shortening. Mix egg in a measuring cup, add milk until mixture is 1 cup. Add vinegar to milk. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Roll into 4 - 5 balls.

Roll out the number of pie crusts you want and freeze the rest.
