5 cups water
5 tbsp. dry milk
5 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted shortening
3 tbsp. salt
yeast cake

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together with flour until stiff batter is formed. Let stand for 15 minutes. Add more flour and form dough. Knead for at least 10 minutes. Let rise until double in bulk. Knead into. loaves. Let rise about ½ hour. Bake 350º 30-40 minutes.
