2 tbsp. honey or molasses
6 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 package yeast
½ pint warm water (1 cup)
½ pint potato water (1 cup)
2 heaping tbsp. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in potato water. Add honey (or molasses). Stir all the rest of ingredients in for as long as you can, then mix and knead for 10-15 minutes or until satiny. Put in 2 loaves pan, and raise to top of tin. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
