3 ½ c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. yeast
¼ c. sugar
2 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine flour and salt

In wet measuring cup add water, sprinkle yeast over the water. Add sugar, softened butter, and egg. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Pour liquids into the flour mixture

Slowly mix together with bread hook, add water if too dry

Mix on medium/high speed until soft and pulls up onto the hook.

Let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in a well greased bowl with greased plastic wrap.

Punch down once, make into balls, place on a well greased tray.

Cover with greased plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size.

Bake at 350º for 25 minutes
