1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter melted
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. fine chopped nuts


8 oz cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 egg well beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Mix the first 4 ingredients and spread in greased and floured 9x13 pan

Mix the next 3 ingredients spread over first mixture.

Bake 350 for 30 min.
