1 uncooked pie crust
2-1/2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1-1/4 cups whole milk
5 Tablespoons butter, sliced (use real butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix flour, brown sugar and milk together until fully mixed.
Pour in uncooked pie crust and top with sliced butter.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.

My favorite dessert that my Grandmother made. She always baked me a separate pie all my own. It is like a rich creamy butterscotch custard. So, so yummy, quick and easy. You must use whole milk and real butter to get the best results.
