1/2 c. maple syrup
3 Tbsp. cider or red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. pepper
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - about 1 1/2 lbs.

Directions:

Mix 1st 6 ingredients. Pour over chicken in a large resalable plastic bag or shallow glass container. Turn chicken to coat. Seal or cover and refrigerate 4-8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain and discard marinated. Grill 6-8 minutes turning once until juices run clear.
