Cake:
1 box Devil's Food cake mix
1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
2 large eggs

Frosting:
1 cup granulated sugar
5 tbsp unsalted butter
⅓ cup milk
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, mix the cake mix, pie filling and eggs by hand until well combined.

Pour the batter in a 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean.

For the frosting, place sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.

Pour frosting over warm cake.

Let cook and serve.
