Grandma Seela Recipe
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
Milk or cream
Combine ingredients and put into ice cream maker freezer. Add enough milk or cream to fill freezer.

Helen Shaffer Recipe (per gallon)
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
3 junket tablets
2 tbsp vanilla
Milk or cream
Dissolve junket tablets in small amount or warm water. Combine all ingredients and put into ice cream maker freezer. Add enough milk or cream to fill freezer.

Mimi Cooked Ice Cream (per 1½ gallon)
3 cups sugar
3 eggs
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp vanilla
5 junket tablets
Milk or cream
Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan and bring to a boil. Cool by adding milk until lukewarm. Dissolve junket tablet in small amount of warm water; add to freezer.
Add vanilla. Fill to ¾ full with milk or cream. Let stand for 10 minutes before freezing.
