6 eggs
1/2 cup of flour, sifted
1 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
2 lbs creamed cottage cheese, large curd
1/2 lb butter, melted
1 lb filo dough

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
2. Beat eggs until light and fluffy
3. Add flour and sale to eggs. Beat well.
4. Lightly combine the cottage chees and the sour cream.
5. Add to flour mixture, folding thoroughly. Set aside.
6. Grease a 9" x 13" x 2" pan.
7. Place 2 sheets of filo on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle melted better over the filo.
8. Spread about 6 spoons cheese mixture on top of the filo. Spread the cheese mixture on the dough.
9. Repeat the filo, butter and cheese layers until 2 sheets of filo are left.
10. Top with remaining sheets of filo and the rest of the butter sprinkled over the top.
11. Bake in 325 degree over for about 1 hour or until golden brown on top.
12. Let rest for about 15 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
