1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 boneless beef sirloin steak (about 1 pound), cut into strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed beef broth
1 cup water
2 tsp worcestershire sauce
3 cups uncooked corkscrew-shaped pasta
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook until well browned, stirring often. Pour off any fat.
Stir the soup, broth, water, Worcestershire, and pasta in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender, stirring often. Stir in sour cream and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Tip: serve with steamed peas, baby carrots, and tomato wedges. For desert serve fresh pineapple.
