Directions:
Directions:
Boil beans till they wilt, then cool them and pack in churn. Put in about 2 or 3 quarts at a time. Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons salt on, put more beans and salt until all are put in. Put the water over them that they boiled in. Weight down like kraut. Keep covered with water about 7 to 10 days, if sour. Can like green beans or in open kettle.
