Medium head of broccoli (wash and cut flowerets.
3 green onions chopped
½ cup toasted chopped pecans
½ cup bread crumbs
3 T melted butter
Directions:
Directions:
Layer broccoli in casserole spread green onions on broccoli. Mix pecans bread crumbs and butter spread over broccoli. Cook in the oven at 350º for 20 minutes or steaming hot. serves 4-6. ****This was an original recipe by Madria. Cooking and sewing was her great hobby and talent.
