2 packages frozen broccoli
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 sleeve ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli. Melt butter. Toss the ritz crackers in butter and set aside, Mix together mayonnaise, soup and cheese together. Add broccoli. Put mixture in a buttered casserole dish and top with buttered crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
