1 medium onion, chopped
1 jalapeño , chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 T oil
2 #s stew meat or chopped chicken
1 14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, & green chilies
1 10 1/2 oz. can beef broth
1 10 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
1 10 1/2 oz. tomato soup
1 1/2 can water
1 t. ground cumin
1 t. chili powder
1 t. salt
1/2 t. lemon pepper
2 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 T tobacco sauce
4 corn tortillas, cut into 1 " pieces
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Avocado; chopped scallions and shredded cheese

Directions:
Sauté first five ingredients in large kettle. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT: TORTILLAS. Simmer for one hour. Before serving, add tortillas and cook ten minutes. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with cheese.

Condiments to top before serving: avocado; shredded cheddar cheese, chopped scallions
