2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans condensed milk
2 c. milk (no skim milk)
4 packets of Knox unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
2-3 sticks of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all milks, vanilla and cinnamon to a boil. Stir constantly. In separate container, combine water & gelatin and set aside. Once milk mixture comes to a boil, take off heat & add gelatin mixture. Stir for about 2-3 mins. Take stainer and strain into favorite pan and chill.
