7-8 mini cucumbers
2 stalks celery
3 green onions

Sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/1/2 tsp sugar
1/3 tsp garlic salt (if you have use garlic scape salt)
1/8 tsp black pepper
Mix together

Wash cucumbers and slice very thin, cut celery and onion into very tiny pieces. Add veggies to sauce and mix.

Refrigerate for at least an hour or two, then serve cold. Its best to eat on the day it is made.
