3 cups of uncooked spiral shaped pasta
1 (15.25 ounce) can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 ounce) can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 large red pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup of shredded Mexican cheese
3⁄4 cup of thick and chunky salsa
1⁄3 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
1⁄2 cup of vinaigrette dressing

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.

Mix pasta with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
