1 1⁄2 pounds of fresh baby spinach leaves
½ cup of berries
¼ cup of pine nuts
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place washed and dried spinach in a large bowl, add berries and pine nuts. Combine sesame oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, mustard and sesame seeds. Pour over spinach. Toss to coat. Let sit 5 minutes. Toss again. Serve.
