1 recipe pie crust, or bought crust
3 medium cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
Cinnamon and nutmeg
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425
Mix water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil
Roll pastry dough thin and cut into 4 squares
Place a handful of apples in each square of dough
Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg
Put 2 pats of butter in with apples
Bring dough up and around apples, sealing edges
Spray an 8 inch square pan with Pam
Place rolls in pan and pour syrup (water/sugar mixture) over apples
Bake for 35 minutes or until brown
Serve warm
