2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
c. sour cream
2 eggs
2 sticks of butter
4 TBSP cocoa
1 c. water

Frosting:
1 box powdered sugar (3 cups)
1 tsp vanilla
4 TBSP cocoa
1 stick butter
6 TBSP milk
1 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, salt, soda, sour cream, and eggs in a bowl. Bring butter, cocoa and water to a boil in pan on medium heat. While hot add to dry ingredients. Beat smooth. Pour into greased 10x13 inch pan (I use a jelly roll pan). Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts in a bow. Bring cocoa, butter and milk to a bubbling boil in pan. Add to dry ingredients; mix and beat. Pour on cake while frosting is still hot.

According to my recipe book, I made this for Jackson's 18 month birthday. I can imagine Amelia and Savannah are rolling their eyes when they read that....did anyone ever celebrate their 18 month birthday? Darn spoiled first born kids! However I have since made it for all 3 of your graduation parties so hopefully I scored some points back. My heart is divided in thirds as my love for and devotion to each of you is equally strong!
