2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1 cup peanuts (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
½ tsp baking soda

Directions:

Melt sugar and butter slowly in non stick pan over medium heat until it becomes liquid form
Add nuts, vanilla and baking soda
Remove from heat
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet
Cool and Crack
