6 cups fresh blueberries
2 ounces of powdered pectin
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
5 cups of white sugar
1 pinch ground cinnamon (Optional)
1 teaspoon of butter (optional - to prevent foaming)

In an 8-quart stainless steel pan, over medium-high heat, combine blueberries, lemon juice, butter, and pectin mixture. stirring constantly. Bring mixture to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add remaining sugar, stirring constantly. Return to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and ladle into prepared jars.
