6 Eggs, hard boiled
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
¾ c. Milk
3 tbsp. Onion, chopped
½ tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
½ c. Cheese, grated
2 c. Potato Chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Grease casserole dish. Put in 1 c. crushed potato chips. Slice eggs and put on top of potato chips. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Add to top of egg layer. Sprinkle with grated cheese and remaining chips. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
