1 pound chicken wings or drummies
1 teaspoon fine sea salt

Preheat the oven or an air fryer to 350F. If using the oven, line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.
Season the chicken wings on all sides with the salt. Place the wings on the lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
3.
Cook for 25 minutes, flipping the wings over after 15 minutes.
4.
After 25 minutes, increase the oven or air fryer temperature to 400F and cook for 6 to 7 more minutes, or until the skin is browned and crisp.
5.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, place the wings in a preheated 350F oven or air fryer for 5 minutes, then increase the temperature to 400F and cook for 3 to 5 more minutes, or until warm to your liking and crispy.
