6 cups of fresh crushed raspberries (about 6 pints)
7 cups of white sugar
1 (1.75 ounce) box of powdered pectin

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of sugar and pectin until well combined.

In an 8-quart stainless steel pan, over medium-high heat, combine raspberries, and pectin mixture. stirring constantly. Bring mixture to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add remaining sugar, stirring constantly. Return to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and ladle into prepared jars.
