3 cups of crushed strawberries (3 to 4 pints of whole strawberries)
3 kiwis, peeled and diced
1 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 (1.75 ounce) of powdered pectin
5 cups of white sugar

Directions:
In an 8-quart stainless steel pot over medium-high heat, combine strawberries, kiwi, lemon juice, and pectin. Bring mixture to a full rolling boil. stirring constantly. Add sugar slowly until fully dissolved. Return mixture to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, and skim off foam (a tablespoon of butter helps reduce foam). Ladle into prepared jars.
