1 1/3 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
Fresh fruit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bisquick and sugar. Add butter, egg and 1/4 c. milk. Beat. Gradually stir in the remaining milk and vanilla. Beat. For topping, melt butter over low heat and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake cake. Add topping. Arrange fresh fruit or well drained caned fruit over sugar.
