1½ cups water
36 asparagus spears
1 carton 8oz. spreadable chive & onion cream cheese
3-5 Tbsp. horseradish (drain liquid)
Thinly sliced roast beef

Directions:
Directions:
Cook asparagus 3-5 min. Drain - place in ice water. Drain and pat with paper towels.
In bowl combine cheese and horseradish. Pat dry meat. Spread each slice with thin layer of spread. Top with 2/asparagus. Roll up tightly. Refrigerate

*Place 1 asparagus if thick.
