1 lb. sausage (browned and drained) can use hot sausage
6 slices of sandwich bread
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups half & half
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp, seasoned salt
10 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9x12 baking dish with cooking spray. Lay bread slices in a single layer to cover bottom of the pan (best you can). In a large bowl beat eggs, then stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour this mixture into pan on top of the bread. Refrigerate overnight. Next morning - bake at 350º for approximately 45 minutes covered, then an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
