½ C butter, softened
1⅓ C sugar
2 eggs
¼ C sour cream
2 T Rum
½ tsp Almond extract
2 C flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 C ripe bananas
1½ C pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, Rum, and Almond extract. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Alternate adding flour mixture and bananas. Ending with bananas. Mix well between each addition. Fold in pecans (optional). Pour into 9"x5"x3" greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. When done Cake Tester will come out clean.
