18 slices cooked bacon
1/2 C + 2 T flour
1/2 C + 2 T butter
1 quart scalded milk
1 1/2 t salt
1/2 t dry mustard
1/2 t poultry seasoning
1/2 t Accent
1/4 lb shredded shard cheddar cheese
6 slices bread toasted
1 1/2 lb baked chicken breasts
6 slices ham
2 T Parmesan cheese
1 t paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Make white sauce with flour, butter, milk and add seasonings. Add cheddar cheese and stir until melted. Place toasted bread in 9X13 pan. Top with bacon, ham and chicken. Cover with half the sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and paprika. Make for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with remainder of sauce.
