4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
2 oz. softened cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
Green onions or chives chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheddar cheese into a medium sized bowl. Add the softened cream cheese and the sour cream. Blend well by hand or in a blender.
Add the spring onions or chives and blend again.
Serve with crispy vegetables such as carrots, celery, cauliflower and turnip for dipping.
