3 c flaked coconut
2 c powdered sugar
1/4 c butter, softened
1/4 c half & half
1/84 tsp almond extract
2 oz dark chocolate
1/2 tsp shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Line sheet with waxed paper.
Mix coconut, powdered sugar, butter, half& half and extract.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape each mound of coconut into a ball.
Place on sheet and flatten to bake a triangle shape.
Melt chocolate and shortening on low heat, stirring constantly.
Drizzle chocolate over candies and refrigerate until chocolate sets.
