2 sticks butter
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1 tsp hot water
2 eggs
2 c flour
1 c nuts
2 c oats
6 oz chocolate chips
Directions:

Heat oven to 350º.
Mix together all ingredients.
Put on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
