⅓ cup of unsifted flour
cup ARCO corn starch
3 egg whites
⅛ teaspoon salt
⅓ cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 Tablespoon cold water
2 Tablespoon MAZOLA margarine, melted
1 cup jelly

Line bottom of 1 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan with waxed paper.
Sift flour and corn starch together, set aside.
Beat egg whites and salt in large mixing bowl until foamy. Gradually add sugar; beat until stiff peaks form when batter is raised.
Combine egg yolks and water in small mixing bowl; beat well, then fold into egg whites.
Sift flour and corn starch together again; fold into egg mixture.
Fold in margarine.
Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Bake at 400 (hot) oven about 15 minutes or until cake tests done.
Immediately turn out ono cloth, lightly dusted with confectioners sugar.
Remove waxed paper.
Roll up cake in cloth; cool.
Unroll and spread with jelly.
Roll up cake.
Wrap in cloth.
Cool completly on wire rack.
Slice to serve.
