4 ears corn
0.13 Red Onion Chopped
1 Tablespoons Cilantro Chopped
1 Jalapenos minced
0.5 pound Bacon cooked and chopped
0.33 Cup Mexican Crema or Mayonnaise
0.25 Cup Lime Juice about 4 limes
0.25 Teaspoon Cumin
1 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Teaspoons Garlic Salt
0.38 cup Cotija Cheese
Pepper to taste

1. Heat a grill to High Heat.
2. In a large pot, add the husked corn and fill with water. Cook about 10 minutes, drain.
3. Place the corn on the grill, turning each time charred marks appear and remove from 4. the heat.
5. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes and cut the kernels off of the corn.
6. In a bowl, whisk together the crema, lime juice and seasonings. Stir in all remaining ingredients and chill or serve immediately.
