3-4 lb beef roast
1 onion
1 Tbsp celery salt
1 Tbsp Worstershire Sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp tobasco or hot sauce
1 Tbsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1, 14 oz bottle ketchup

Directions:

1. Cook roast in oven or crockpot ahead of time
2. Slice onion
3. Combine all other ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil
4. Add onion, turn down heat and simmer while cutting up roast
5. Shred or cut up the roast beef
6. Add to ketchup mixture and continue to simmer for a few minutes
7. Serve on hamburger or sandwich buns or refrigerate until ready to eat
