4 Pork Chops - loin or butterfly
Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
¼ tsp. Garlic Powder
½ tsp. Paprika
¼ tsp. Oregano
½ tsp. Salt
⅛ tsp. Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients for rub. Rub Pork Chops with olive oil then seasoning mix. Place on greased baking sheet with shallow sides. Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes depending on thickness of pork chops.


This recipe makes juicy and tasty pork chops!
