1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup dark raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
Tart shells – 14 ready-to-bake, sweetened, 3-inch tart shells (Superstore frozen section)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup, brown sugar, raisins, vanilla and salt. Beat eggs slightly and add to raisin mixture. Mix well.

Place tart shells into the cups of a muffin tin. Spoon mixture into each shell filling it 2/3 full. Bake at 350 ºF (175 ºC) for 20-22 minutes until pastry is golden and tart mixture is totally bubbling and cooked. If smaller tarts shells are used, baking time will be reduced. Loosen edges with pointed knife and allow tarts to cool at least 10 minutes before removing them from the tins
