Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 sticks butter
4 cups sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 teasp. vanilla
12 oz Choc. chips
4 heaping tablespoons fluff

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large saucepan.
Add milk and sugar.
Stir constantly over medium heat for 35 minutes.
Add choc. chips, vanilla and fluff. Mix until chips
and fluff are melted. Pour into greased 13x 9 pan.
Refrigerate.
