Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 head of cabbage
1 onion, diced
1 T minced garlic
salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 cup low fat sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Add cabbage, onions, and garlic and sauté until soft.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Pour into a grease baking dish or casserole
Spread the sour cream over the top
Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees
