1 c. Flour
tsp. Salt
c. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tbsp. Cocoa
c. Milk
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tsp. Vanilla
c. Brown Sugar
1 scant tbsp. Cocoa
1 c. Water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cocoa. Add milk, melted butter and vanilla. Pour into 8x8 baking dish. Cover with brown sugar, 1 scant tbsp. cocoa, but do not stir. Add 1 cup water over batter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
