1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c milk
3 eggs
3/4 c Bisquick mix
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Spray pie plate

Cook ground beef and onions in skillet, stirring often. Drain
Stir in salt and pepper, spread evenly in pie plate.
Spread cheese over meat.

In bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and baking mix, whisk for 1 minute until smooth.
Pour over cheese/meat in pie plate.
Bake 25 minutes.
