6 eggs hard boiled
1/2 cup flour
1 cup panko
2 eggs beaten
Mayo
Dijon Mustard
Spicy dill pickles

Candied Bacon
Bacon
Brown sugar




Directions:
Directions:
Candy Bacon.
Place bacon on a cookie sheet with a wire rack in oven at 275º. Sprinkle with brown sugar on top side. When bacon is half way cooked, flip the bacon over. Sprinkle bacon with brown sugar. Finish cooking.

Cut hard boiled eggs in half. Separate yokes and whites.

Whites:
Get oil hot for frying
Roll egg white in flour, then egg then panko.
Place into frying grease.
Repeat until all egg whites are crispy golden brown.

Yokes:
Mash yokes and mix with mayo, dijon mustard and chopped spicy pickles. Salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble:
Fill fried whites with egg yoke mixture and top with crumbled candied bacon.
