1 rack of lamb
Dijon mustard
Panko
Meat Seasoning: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder

Directions:
Cut the lamb rack into single bones. Sprinkle the meat seasoning mixture on lamb pops and bring lamb to room temp (at least an hour).


Cover lamb pops in Dijon mustard and the roll in panko and place on prepared cookie sheet.

Broil on high 5-7 minutes each side. For those that like the lamb a little more rare 3-5 minutes per side.

No forks or knives needed!!
