1 package dry Fleishmans yeast
¼ cup warm water

½ cup lard
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
3 cups warm water
1 cup sugar
12 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in 1/4 c. warm water

Mix all other ingredients and add yeast. Knead till smooth - then knead every hour for 4 hours Shape into buns or rolls and place in well-greased pans. let rise overnight (covered with a towel)
Bake early next morning at 375º - about 15 minutes

*Or mix early morning and bake at night
